To find the right size Grippy Activation Band, we recommend standing with your feet directly under your hips then measure the circumference around your knees. If you prefer more resistance, you can size down. For less resistance, you can size up.

For reference, Brian is 6’8″ and 400+ pounds and uses an XL. Keri is 5’7″ and 135 pounds and uses a small or medium, depending on the desired resistance.
